Stefano

Stefano was born in Italy, in a family that has been producing chocolate since 1930. A small hobby that grandfather Michele had was to roast coffee and sell it in various blends to local customers. Fascinated by the scent of coffee over the years, he keeps this passion alive together with the family tradition. Ready for a new challenge, he decides to come to New York where he falls in love with the city and decides to open an Italian caffè. Together with his father Ettore, they study and idealize a blend with an Italian taste to be offered in the United States.

Energetic and friendly, he is the spokesperson for Italian culture here in a small space in Brooklyn.

“It will take you a little while to recognize him and to become our friend.”
